OUR QUARTERLY SEMINARS Because continuing education and training is also necessary for supervisors, managers and directors to develop, maintain and enhance their security and management skills, the Securatex Training Academy sponsors quarterly half-day seminars for our clients and friends. Previous seminars have covered such topics as Bomb and Suspect Package Review, Violence in the Workplace, Diversity Training, Sexual Harassment, Stalking and Domestic Violence and Their Impact on the Workplace, Gangs in the Workplace, The Basics of Closed Circuit Television, Legal Aspects of Private Security and Internal Investigations. Speakers for our programs are drawn from the security, federal, state and municipal law enforcement and legal professions and are all experts in their fields. These seminars are provided at no charge, and can be submitted for credit towards Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and Certified Healthcare Protection Administrator (CHPA) Recertification.
